Top activities to do with your baby to get back un shape after giving birth.


Walk! Walking is a good way to make some exercise without too much effort. Your can put your baby in the pram or a carrier. It is also a good way to get some fresh air for your and your baby... and the good new is: your baby is most likely to fall asleep during the walk!
Do your Kegel exercises. It is something that you can do anytime anywhere and that will help your pelvic floor get back in shape after the birth. My tip: you can even do it during your walk and have a rule: for example contract every time you see a grey car!
What I call "ponctual contractions". Whenever you can, contract and release a part of your body. It doesn't take any extra time and you'll thank me later! For example: while bathing your baby, do glut contractions.
Online postpartum sessions. There are a lot of free classes that you can find on youtube for women that just gave birth. My tip: do them with a rattle toy in your hand to keep your baby entertained!
And finally... Mum and baby pilates/yoga classes. Yoga and pilates are a good way to get back in shape, and feel good again and a lot of gym clubs understood it. Search in your area the available courses and subscribe! It is also a good way to make num mum friends!
